These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://minutemanoakpark.com/ (the "Site") and your purchase of printing, mailing, and related products and services from Minuteman Press Oak Park. By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.
• You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

2. Products, Quotes and Orders

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are accepted once confirmed by email or when production begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving pricing errors, fraud, or prohibited content.

3. Customer Files and Proof Approval

You are responsible for reviewing all uploaded artwork, spelling, layout, dates, contact information and images before approval. Once a proof is approved, responsibility for its contents rests with you. If our production differs from the approved proof, we will reprint the affected items at no additional charge.

4. Color and Production Variations

Printed colors may vary from on-screen colors. Minor variations in trimming, folding, finishing, paper stock and print quantities are considered normal industry standards and are not grounds for refunds.

5. Acceptable Content

• No unlawful, defamatory, obscene or fraudulent content.
• No copyright or trademark infringement.
• You confirm you have permission to print all submitted content.

6. Turnaround & Shipping

Production times begin after proof approval and payment. Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, equipment failures or other events beyond our control.

7. Mailing Services

USPS postage is charged separately and is subject to USPS pricing. Mailing lists supplied by customers remain the customer's responsibility. Postal delivery times are estimates only.

8. Payment

Payment is due when placing an order unless written credit terms exist. Applicable taxes are added where required. Late business invoices may incur finance charges permitted by law.

9. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Custom printed products are non-returnable once production begins. Orders may be cancelled before proof approval. Defective products must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. If the defect is our responsibility, we may reprint or refund the affected portion of the order.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of files you submit. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to fulfill your order. Designs created by us remain our property until paid in full.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products, services and the Site are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties except where expressly stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minuteman Press Oak Park against claims arising from submitted content, violations of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

15. General

• If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
• These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement.
